Booking rules

• Booking a place for one of the groups organized by Maria Terec is done either by paying the full course or by paying the first installment of the course, and the payment of the following installment(s) will be made no later than 3 days before the start of the respective month.

• The reservation is considered valid from the moment of payment of at least the first installment, for the next scheduled group of students, subject to the availability of places.

• If you book a place in a group that has reached the maximum number of students, the reservation is made automatically for the next group with enough places available.

• In case of non-payment of the minimum installment (first month of the course), we cannot guarantee a place in the respective group.

Course cancellation policy

• People interested in Maria Terec’s activities are required to respect the reservation and show up for the course.

• In case the person can no longer show up for personal reasons, they are obliged to notify the organizers about the cancellation of the reservation, either by direct phone call to 0772 398122, or by e-mail at mariaterec@lbmail.ch, no later than 1 day before the start of the course, in order to benefit from the full refund of the fee.

• If the cancellation is made after the start of the course, the payment for the first month of the course will not be refunded to the participant.

• If a person wishes to withdraw from the course during the first month of the course and has paid the full participation fee, the amount corresponding to the second and the following months of the course will be refunded.

Refund Policy

I am committed to helping everyone reach their goals, however, if a student is dissatisfied with the services offered and considers that these services have not achieved their learning objectives, they will benefit from a free place in another group, at the end of the chosen module.

In order to benefit from the free place in another group, a student must:

• prove their participation in at least 75% of the total courses included in the module for which they have registered;

• complete at least 75% of the preparatory exercises received.

If even after taking the courses in a second group, the student is not satisfied with the measurable learning outcomes obtained, they receive back the amount paid in full, if:

• they prove their participation in at least 75% of the total courses included in the second module;

• complete at least 75% of the preparatory exercises received.
